Ingredients
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Raspberry - 1 kg
- Red currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2.2 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the berry with sugar in advance, mix and leave overnight.
Cook everything together on the stove for 35-45 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Mash the jam with a crush, add lemon juice and bring to a boil again.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
