Ingredients
- Plums (yellow) – 3 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the plums, fill with water and boil for 15 minutes.
Rub the soft fruits through a sieve.
Add sugar and boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add citric acid and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Arrange the hot jam in jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
