Once I tried to add a few apple slices to a can of canned tomatoes – and they've been doing it ever since! Such a billet will adequately complement even a festive table, not to mention everyday family dinners.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 800 g
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Currant leaves - 4 pieces
- Dill - 2 umbrella
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arrange currant leaves, dill umbrellas, onion rings and garlic in jars.
Cut the apples into slices and peel them from the seeds.
Put the apples and tomatoes in a tighter jar, but don't try too hard.
Pour boiling water over the workpiece, leave for 20 minutes and drain the water into a saucepan.
Boil it again, pour it back into the jar for 20 minutes and drain again.
Add sugar and salt to the water, bring to a boil, pour tomatoes with apples for the last time and roll up.
