Ingredients
- Blackberries - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 100 ml
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the blackberries, fill with water and add sugar.
Cook it over low heat for about half an hour, gently stirring occasionally.
Add citric acid and roll the jam into sterile jars.
