Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 600 g
- Hot red pepper - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 st..l.
- Vinegar - 30 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots, chop the garlic and finely chop all the other vegetables.
Fry the onion with garlic in oil. Add the carrots and pepper, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add cucumbers, tomato, salt and sugar, and simmer for half an hour on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar, simmer the caviar for another 5 minutes and grind with a blender.
Bring it to a boil again and then pour it into sterile jars.
