- Beetroot - 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 g
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for Korean carrots) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 20 g
- Vinegar - 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beets for 15-20 minutes in boiling water. Let cool, peel and grate.
Chop the garlic and chilli. Mix all the ingredients together.
Let the workpiece stand for 2 hours and put it in sterile jars with the released juice.
Sterilize for 15 minutes and roll up the beets for the winter.
