To be able to store homemade blueberry juice for a long time, it needs to be rolled up in jars. To do this, you will need a certain processing, which I will tell you about in the recipe. But there are no store-bought additives, and at the same time the juice will stand at least all winter.
Ingredients
- Blueberries - 2 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the blueberries in a blender, bring to a boil and grind through a sieve.
Add sugar and water to the desired taste and consistency of the juice.
Bring it to a boil again and roll it into sterile jars.
