Ingredients
- Corn - 18 cob
- Water - 3 l
- Salt - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 12 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the corn cobs for a minute in boiling water, cool in cold water and separate the grains with a knife.
Put them in sterile jars almost to the top.
Boil water with sugar and salt. Pour in the corn and add the vinegar.
Roll up the jars with lids.
