Ingredients
- Apricots - 1 kg
- Red currant - 600 g
- Sugar - 350 g
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves and rinse the currants.
Put everything in sterile jars and pour boiling water over it.
Leave for 15 minutes under the lids, drain this water and boil again.
Add sugar to it, boil until dissolved, pour the compote and roll up the jars.
