Probably, every lover of conservation has a proven recipe for tomato salad. And today I want to share with you my favorite. The main secret here is that several types of tomatoes are used in the recipe at once – the more, the better.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 700 g
- Yellow tomatoes - 700 g
- Green tomatoes - 400 g
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Onion - 500 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vinegar - 70 ml
- Paprika - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 125 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop tomatoes and a little pepper.
Chop all other vegetables with chili and garlic in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients to the vegetable mixture, except tomatoes, and boil it for 40 minutes on low heat after boiling.
Arrange tomatoes in sterilized jars, pour vegetable marinade and roll up.
