The preparation of blanks in the form of vegetable salads is actually limited only by your imagination and preferences. Technically, you can preserve any vegetables. And as an example, I suggest this recipe with cauliflower.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Cauliflower - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Carrots - 500 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l
- Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables and herbs, put them in jars and pour boiling water.
Cover with a lid, leave for 10 minutes, and then drain this water.
Boil it again, add salt, sugar and vinegar, and pour the vegetables again.
Sterilize the jars in a saucepan for about 12-15 minutes, and roll up.
