Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Tangerines - 200 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the tangerines thoroughly and cut into slices with the peel.
Add the peeled and diced pumpkin.
Cover everything with sugar and spices, mix and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring the jam to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes over high heat, stirring.
Then boil it on low heat for 20 minutes.
If desired, beat the jam with a blender. Roll up in sterile jars.
