Wash the tangerines thoroughly and cut into slices with the peel.

Bring the jam to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes over high heat, stirring.

Then boil it on low heat for 20 minutes.

If desired, beat the jam with a blender. Roll up in sterile jars.
