Beetroot salad with garlic for winter through a meat grinder

Do you want to enjoy the sweetness of young beets and the sharpness of young garlic all year round? Then I suggest rolling up a few jars of this salad. Moreover, it requires a minimum of effort. You don't even need to cut anything – just take a meat grinder.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 kg
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake the beets until tender.
Put it through a meat grinder with garlic and herbs.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix the salad.
Put it in sterilized jars and sterilize them for another 10-15 minutes.
Roll up the salad for the winter.
