Ingredients

  • Beetroot - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 600 g
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the beets until tender and peel.

Peel tomatoes, onions and garlic.

Put everything through a meat grinder.

Add salt, sugar and butter, and simmer the caviar for half an hour on low heat.

Pour in the vinegar and roll it into sterilized jars.
