I like to pickle cabbage for the winter with other vegetables at once. For example, with pepper. It turns out not just an appetizer, but a full-fledged ready-made salad, which brings a pleasant variety to the seasonal diet. Catch a proven recipe!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 1 kg
  • Carrots - 2 pieces
  • Bell pepper - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Vinegar - 60 ml
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Salt - 1 art.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop and mix all the vegetables.

Boil water with sugar and all other ingredients.

Pour in the vegetables and leave for 3-4 hours.

Arrange the cabbage in sterilized jars.

Boil the marinade again, pour over the cabbage and roll it up.
