Ingredients

  • Kalina - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 200 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.

Pour the syrup over the viburnum and leave overnight.

Boil the jam for 5 minutes and let it cool completely.

Repeat the previous step 1-2 times, depending on the desired consistency.

After the last cooking, roll the hot jam into sterile jars.
