Ingredients

  • Blueberries - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 800 g
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Citric acid - 2 pinches

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup until smooth.

Put the sorted blueberries in it and bring to a boil again.

Boil the jam for 5 minutes, add citric acid and roll it into sterile jars.
