Today I want to tell you about my favorite recipe for canned lecho, which will make your winter much nicer and warmer. This is a hot pepper lecho that warms in the literal sense of the word. Be sure to try it if you like savory snacks.
Ingredients
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Garlic - 20 g
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop both kinds of pepper. Chop the tomatoes with a blender.
Put everything in a saucepan. Add sugar, salt and butter, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Add chopped coriander and garlic. Boil for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the lecho into sterilized jars for the winter.
