In this recipe I will tell you how easy it is to cook crispy zucchini for the winter. The whole secret is that at the end I add a little vodka. Please note that the alcohol must be of good quality. Otherwise, the workpiece will deteriorate.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 3 kg
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Dill - 3 umbrella
- Parsley - 20 g
- Currant leaves - 6 pieces
- Vodka - 3 art.l.
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 90 g
- Water (filtered) – 2,7 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini into small pieces.
Place black pepper, dill, parsley, currant leaves and coarsely chopped garlic on the bottom of the prepared jars.
Lay the zucchini tightly, shaking several times in the process.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt, citric acid and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour in the vodka, remove from the heat and pour into jars with zucchini.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a thick towel for a day.
