On the one hand, feijoa looks very attractive and unusual. On the other hand, it is not always clear what to do with it next, especially if a fairly large stock got into your hands. For example, you can roll compote into jars for the winter without sterilization.
Ingredients
- Feijoa - 400 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the feijoa and put it in a clean jar.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil it again.
Pour the feijoa again and roll it up for the winter.
