Adjika with plums and tomatoes for winter

Every housewife who regularly cooks adjika has her own subtleties and secrets of cooking this snack. Of course, I have them too. For example, I really like to add plums to a classic tomato recipe. I'm telling you more!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2.5 kg
- Plums - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 3 pieces
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Garlic - 200 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vinegar - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the bones from the drains. Wash and peel all the vegetables.
Put everything through a meat grinder or grind it with a blender along with hot pepper and garlic.
Pour in the oil and boil the mass for about 1.5 hours on low heat.
Add the remaining ingredients and boil the adjika for another 5 minutes.
Roll it up in sterilized jars.
