There are dozens and hundreds of ways to prepare mushrooms at the height of the season. One of them is to make homemade mushroom caviar. And today I will tell you how to cook it from raw vegetables. The main thing is to first thoroughly wash them of all debris and dirt.

Ingredients

  • Raw food - 1.5 kg
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil - 60 ml
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
  • Vinegar - 2 art.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 ch .ll.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry them in oil until browned.

Boil the cheese for 10-15 minutes in boiling water, cut into small cubes or pass through a meat grinder.

Add the cheese to the roast, add salt and simmer everything for about 25 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients, simmer for another minute and roll the caviar into sterile jars.
