Ingredients
- Watermelon - 5 kg
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 100 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the watermelon and put it in clean, dry jars or other container.
Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water.
Pour the watermelon and set the oppression on top.
Let the watermelon brew for about 1.5-2 months in a cool place.
Periodically add brine as needed.
