Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 2 kg
- Hot red pepper - 100 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Cilantro - 20 g
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Salt - 15 g
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the gooseberries and put them in a saucepan.
Pour in water and boil for 10 minutes.
Chop coriander, hot pepper and garlic in a blender.
In a saucepan with gooseberries, add the spicy mixture, salt and spices ground in a mortar. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Puree the mass with an immersion blender.
Pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat after 1 minute. Place the hot sauce in sterilized jars and roll up.
