Ingredients
- Sea Buckthorn - 1 kg
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the sea buckthorn with water and boil for 10 minutes. Grind through a sieve.
Finely chop oranges or chop them with a blender. You can use the peel.
Add to the sea buckthorn and add sugar there as well.
Bring to a boil and boil the jam for 15-20 minutes, stirring.
Roll up in sterile jars.
