Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Black Currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and sort the berry, and cover with sugar.
Cook everything on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring.
Add lemon juice and cook the jam further to the desired consistency.
Roll the billet into sterile jars for the winter.
