Green Italian herb pesto sauce complements pasta, pizza, all kinds of snacks and other dishes. But in a ready-made store, there is often a questionable composition. So why understand these subtleties, if you can just cook pesto yourself, and even roll it up for the winter.

Ingredients

  • Basil - 1 bundle
  • Pine nuts - 100 g
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Olive oil - 120 ml
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse and dry the basil leaves.

Grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Roll the pesto into sterile jars.
