Tomato and garlic adjika with vinegar for winter

Last year I tried a new recipe for adjika — I cooked it from tomatoes and garlic with vinegar. The billet turned out delicious and moderately spicy. I share this recipe with you. Please note that vinegar is added 5 minutes before it is ready.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Hot red pepper (flakes) – 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 1,5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes. Cut the bell pepper in half, peel off the stalks and seeds.
Pass the prepared vegetables and garlic through a meat grinder.
Add butter, sugar, salt and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
Add the spices, pour in the vinegar and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Put the hot adjika in the prepared jars, roll it up and wrap it with a warm blanket for a day.
