- Green peas - 1 kg
- Water - 500 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the peas from the pods, boil for 10 minutes in boiling water and discard in a colander.
Boil water with salt and sugar. Pour in the vinegar.
Put the peas in sterile jars, fill with brine and roll up.
