Okroshka is very often cooked on sausage, but ham is also great. So if you have a couple of slices left from the festive slicing or cooking other dishes, you can assume that the basis of okroshka on kvass is already ready.
Ingredients
- Ham - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Pickled mushrooms - 150 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Kvass - 1-1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs until tender.
Chop all the ingredients arbitrarily and finely, including the greens.
Mix everything with sour cream and pour the okroshka with kvass to taste.
