Incredibly delicious and fragrant jam is obtained from an inconspicuous-looking thorn. It tastes like a plum and a berry at the same time, and it also thickens perfectly even without gelling additives. So it's much faster to boil such jam.

Ingredients

  • Turn - 1 kg
  • Water - 120 ml
  • Sugar - 700 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Add water to the thorn, boil until soft and rub through a sieve.

Add sugar, bring the billet to a boil again and cook for up to an hour on low heat to the desired density.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
