Pickled tomatoes with red currants for winter

I stock up on pickles every year and have already tried a lot of interesting recipes. I especially like pickled tomatoes with red currants. Vegetables combined with tart berries are very tasty and fragrant.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2,5 kg
- Red currant - 200 g
- Dill (umbrellas) – 2 pieces
- Parsley - 10 g
- Currant leaves - 3 pieces
- Cherry leaves - 3 pieces
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Apple cider vinegar - 80 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 60 g
- Water - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put spices, parsley, dill, currant leaves and cherries in jars.
Add tomatoes and red currants, shaking well in the process.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat, add vinegar and pour into jars.
