The popular seasoning can be prepared not only according to the traditional recipe. For example, a delicious spicy adjika is obtained from zucchini with tomatoes. This recipe was appreciated by everyone who has already tried it. I am happy to share my find with you.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Hot red pepper - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 60 ml
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 60 ml
- Hops-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the hot and Bulgarian pepper in half, peel off the seeds.
Mince tomatoes, zucchini, hot and bell peppers.
Mix everything in a large saucepan, add spices, salt and oil.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the chopped garlic and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add vinegar, stir and immediately remove from heat.
Put the adjika in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
