Ingredients

  • Peaches - 1 kg
  • Water - 5 l
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the peaches, cut into slices and put them in sterile jars.

Pour boiling water over them, cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.

Drain the water, add sugar to it and boil again.

Pour citric acid into the jars, pour the syrup and roll up.
