Ingredients
- Nectarine - 800 g
- Frozen berries - 400 g
- Sugar - 1.5-2 glasses
- Water - 2 l
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut nectarines into slices and put them with berries in sterile jars.
Add sugar and pour in boiling water.
Sterilize the jars in a pot of water for about 15 minutes.
Add citric acid and roll up the compote.
