I love to cook lecho for the winter in a slow cooker, because you don't have to stand at a hot stove and not worry that something will burn. It's just a salvation on hot summer days. I share my favorite recipe with pepper and tomatoes – you'll just lick your fingers.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 800 g
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the tomatoes through a meat grinder or chop them with a blender.
Arbitrarily chop both types of pepper.
Load all the ingredients into the bowl of the slow cooker.
Turn on the "Quenching" mode for 45 minutes.
Roll up the lecho in sterilized jars.
