This is a real magic wand for every day! Beans in their own juice can be eaten just like that, added to salads, soups and stews. Depending on the variety of legumes, the cooking time may vary. Make sure that the beans do not boil.

Ingredients

  • Beans - 500 g
  • Sugar - 2 art.l.
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Water - 2,5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the beans and soak for 8-10 hours.

Flip into a colander, rinse under running water and put in a saucepan.

Add pure water, sugar, salt and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.

Arrange the beans in jars, evenly distribute the remaining liquid.

Sterilize for 15 minutes and roll up.
