Caucasian cuisine is famous for delicious pickles. Their delicious bean porridge is known all over the world. There are many recipes for cooking it, but I like this one the most. If you don't have enough spice, add a little hot pepper to the tomatoes.
Ingredients
For beans:
- String beans - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - half a head
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Water - 2 l
For marinade:
- Salt - 60 g
- Water (boiled) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the string beans, cut off the hard edges, cut into small pieces.
Boil the water, add the beans and boil for 5 minutes. You can do this in small portions.
Chop tomatoes, peeled onion and garlic, mix.
In a wide saucepan, fold the beans in layers, adding the mixture with garlic and ground pepper.
Mix boiled water with salt.
Pour into a saucepan with beans, cover with a lid and set the pressure. Tursha will be ready in 3 weeks.
