Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2,5 kg
- Red currant - 500 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Currant - 6 leaves
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Water (filtered) – 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill cucumbers with cold water for 3 hours.
Place peeled garlic cloves, currant leaves and black pepper in jars.
Put cucumbers and add red currants.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil again. Add sugar and salt.
Pour the boiling marinade into jars, roll up and turn upside down.
