One of the most underestimated preparations in my opinion is pomegranate jam. Not a very obvious solution, but it turns out so delicious that it will be impossible to refuse it further. Fans of grenadine pomegranate syrup will especially like it.

Ingredients

  • Garnet - 12-14 pieces
  • Sugar - 2-3 glasses

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut 4-5 pomegranates in half, put them in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour and squeeze the juice out of them.

Mix the juice with sugar and boil the syrup over low heat for 20-30 minutes.

Disassemble the remaining pomegranates into grains, pour the syrup and leave for another hour.

Boil the jam for 15-20 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
