I often try new recipes, look for different options and experiment. So once I cooked zucchini with garlic for the first time. The fragrant snack was very much liked by my household, so now there is always plenty of these canned food in our cellar.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water (filtered) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the zucchini, herbs and peeled garlic.
Mix, add butter, sugar and salt. Cover with a lid and leave for 1 hour.
Boil water, pour in the billet with vegetables and boil for 10 minutes.
Carefully put in clean, dry jars, trying to leave fewer voids.
Pour in the vinegar, roll it up and turn it upside down.
