Of all types of jam, I like to make mixed preparations the most – from a variety of fruits, berries and even vegetables. Here is such a simple but incredibly delicious recipe from apples and cherry plums – a great reason to try to do the same.
Ingredients
- Apples - 1.5 kg
- Cherry plum - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the apples and remove the seeds from the cherry plum.
Cover everything with sugar and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes until soft.
Grind the workpiece through a sieve, add citric acid and bring to a boil.
Roll up the jam from apples and cherry plums in sterile jars for the winter.
