Ingredients
- Apples (small) – 1-1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 glasses
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apples and put them in sterile jars.
Boil the water, pour the apples, leave for 10 minutes under the lid and drain this water into a saucepan.
Repeat the previous step from beginning to end.
Boil the water again, add sugar to it and mix.
Pour the apples again and roll up.
