Small apples often raise a legitimate question – what, in fact, to do with them. They are too small, so it can be inconvenient to eat them just like that or to cook complex dishes. I suggest an alternative way out!

Ingredients

  • Apples (small) – 1-1.5 kg
  • Sugar - 1.5 glasses
  • Water - 1.5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the apples and put them in sterile jars.

Boil the water, pour the apples, leave for 10 minutes under the lid and drain this water into a saucepan.

Repeat the previous step from beginning to end.

Boil the water again, add sugar to it and mix.

Pour the apples again and roll up.
