Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice from the cherries and apples separately from each other using a juicer or other convenient way.
Mix them with sugar and heat to about 85 degrees.
Pour the juice into jars and sterilize them for 20-30 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
Roll up the billet for the winter.
