Remove the grapes from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.

Pierce each berry with a needle. Thanks to this, they will not burst under the influence of boiling water.

Fold the grapes into the prepared jars, shaking several times in the process.

Pour boiling water to the top and leave for 20 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and bring to a boil.

Pour in the vinegar, remove from the heat and pour into jars.

Roll up the pickled grapes, turn the jars upside down and wrap with a thick towel.
