Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the beef, cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan with cold water.

Add spices and cook for 50 minutes.

Chop tomatoes, carrots and peeled onions.

Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until transparent.

Add the nuts and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add adjika, tkemali sauce, tomatoes and garlic passed through the press. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Transfer the roast to a pan with beef. Add carrots, washed rice and cook all together for 20 minutes.

Add salt and after 2 minutes remove the pan from the heat.
