It's very easy to cook this rich hodgepodge. You will need a standard set of products and boiled beef. Finished meat greatly reduces the cooking process. I advise roasting in butter, it will enhance the taste of mushrooms and meat.
Ingredients
For solyanka:
- Beef (boiled) – 300 g
- Sausages - 300 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 70 g
- Tomato sauce - 60 ml
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (purified) – 2.5 l
To serve:
- Green onions - 3 of the stem
- Lemon - half
- Olives - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut beef, sausages, cucumbers, mushrooms, lemon, green and onion.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion until golden brown.
Pour in the champignons, crushed peas of allspice and cook until the moisture evaporates.
Add sausages, tomato sauce, 200 ml of hot water and simmer for 7 minutes.
Pour the meat, roast, cucumbers and bay leaf into boiling water. Boil everything together for 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and turn off. Serve the hodgepodge with lemon, green onions and olives.
