Vegetable soups are healthy, delicious and very easy to prepare. And it's also a great way to feed children with the right and important foods that they refuse to eat. Be sure to add some greens for a beautiful color and decorate the dish with nuts or seeds.

Chop the onion, grate the carrots and lightly fry.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the roast and pour boiling water so that the water covers the vegetables for a couple of centimeters.

Boil for 7 minutes and add the chopped zucchini and peas.

After a couple more minutes, add spinach and herbs.

When all the vegetables are soft, puree the soup with a blender until smooth and season to taste.
