Chop the onion, grate the carrots and lightly fry.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the roast and pour boiling water so that the water covers the vegetables for a couple of centimeters.
Boil for 7 minutes and add the chopped zucchini and peas.
After a couple more minutes, add spinach and herbs.
When all the vegetables are soft, puree the soup with a blender until smooth and season to taste.
