- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Lingonberries - 500 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick a berry, cover it with sugar and leave it overnight.
Bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
Repeat the previous step.
And boil the jam for the third time for 5 minutes.
Immediately roll it up in sterile jars for the winter.
