With all the simplicity of preparing compotes for the winter, everyone has their own secrets. There are several basic cooking methods, and today I will share one of them in which you do not need to constantly drain and boil water. Let's start with the plum!

Ingredients

  • Plums - 700 g
  • Water - 1.5 l
  • Sugar - 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the plum into halves and cover with sugar.

Pour hot water and bring the compote to a boil.

Boil it for 3-5 minutes and pour it into sterile jars.

Roll up the compote for the winter.
